Renovation of the rooftop terrace at Verisure Belgium

The Client

Verisure is the number one provider of monitored alarm systems for homes and SMEs in Belgium. This company was founded in 1988 in Sweden and entered the Belgian market in 2006. They grew in Belgium from 143 employees in 2013 to more than 600 employees in 2022.

The assignment

We were tasked with managing the renovation of their rooftop terrace from start to completion, in line with a file concept and in collaboration with trusted suppliers. This assignment included a range of preparatory and structural measures, from stability works to the final layout, and required close coordination with involved parties to obtain the building permit.

Our approach

In this project, we took a proactive and collaborative approach to bring this project to fruition. This began with finalizing the list of suppliers and professionals, and conducting a Request for Quotation to compare and negotiate the most competitive bid.

Then the budget was carefully prepared and managed, and the management of purchase orders, invoicing and payments were also coordinated.

In addition, efficient communication was central to the daily monitoring of the construction site; we served as the central point of contact.

We then also handled quality control, security and circulation and evacuation planning, ensuring safety throughout the project.

The result

Our ability to manage all aspects of the project, from the administrative procedures to the fine details of the layout, ensured that the terrace became an added value to Verisure. The project was not only completed on time and on budget, but also produced a space that inspires both employees and visitors.
