As delegated project manager, we represent your interests in your construction project. We coordinate the design process, review the architectural project, carry out the technical studies, closely monitor the works and guarantee high-quality execution in accordance with your programme, budget, and schedule. Site supervision & management
Meliopus speaks the language needed to coordinate your site, ensuring that your work is delivered on time and on budget. In concrete terms, we take on the entire site management and are responsible for the organisation, coordination, and follow-up. BREEAM is a certification for the realisation and management of a building based on sustainability criteria. We provide advice on how to achieve the desired BREEAM certificate in the best possible way, but also organise and supervise the entire BREEAM certification process.
