Renovation project of the Verisure Belgium office
For this project, we completely renovated Verisure’s office space. Read on to find out how we handled this project from A to Z.
The Client
Verisure is the number one provider of monitored alarm systems for homes and SMEs in Belgium. This company was founded in 1988 in Sweden and entered the Belgian market in 2006. They grew in Belgium from 143 employees in 2013 to more than 600 employees in 2022.
The assignment
We carried out a renovation project of 500 m² of office space. This project involved the full cycle, from the initial planning phase to final commissioning. The work included demolition of existing facilities and construction of new office spaces. This included installing HVAC, plumbing and electrical and data cabling. The project also included finishing, such as drywall, painting and flooring, and decorating with new furniture, branding and plants.

We took a thoughtful and structured approach to the Verisure renovation project. The project began with the preparation of the final construction plans, during which we drew up a list of reliable suppliers and specialized craftsmen.
2 | Procurement and financial management
We provided streamlined management of purchase orders, coordinated invoicing and ensured timely payments, ensuring financial transparency and accountability.
3 | Project execution and coordination
During the implementation phase, we organized and coordinated regular construction meetings to monitor progress and facilitate streamlined communication between all parties. We stood in as a central point of contact for yard problems.
4 | Quality assurance and safety
We implemented rigorous quality controls, in addition we developed an efficient plan for circulation and evacuation to ensure safety during emergencies.
The result
Effective communication strategies and project coordination led to a smooth transition to the renovated spaces, allowing Verisure’s staff to experience a seamless move-in. This project is a testament to our ability to turn a vision into a tangible reality that improves the work environment and strengthens the corporate culture.
